Jeffrey R. Rectenwald

   Jeff started his career as a professional skier, where he competed on the US Extreme Tour, mogul competitions, and was featured in various ski magazines and movies. After hanging up his skis.  He then went on to enter into the real estate field working for one of the largest developers on the east coast. From there he pivoted into the financing side of real estate and started off structuring funding for residential, commercial, and construction projects.

  After 2008 Jeff went off on his own utilizing his financing knowledge and business relationships to help many cope with the drastic changes in the lending industry. Jeff has continued working as a consultant structuring funding solutions and capital stacks for clients & projects all over the country.  He specializes in the commercial space, multifamily, strip malls, SFH developments, hotels, ect..  Jeff works predominantly with private money lenders, family offices, private equity funds, and high net worth individuals throughout the country as well as some abroad.
